Vacation Bible School, First Christian Church of Athens
June 16-20, 2008

This year’s theme is “Handle With Care” – an enriching program that will expand the scope of relationship to include God, one another, and our earth. Together, we will explore the interconnectedness of love, compassion, and justice. When we care for God, we must care for our brothers and sisters, and we must care for the earth because it is something we all share.

It’s more than simply reduce, reuse, recycle – although there will be plenty of that! It’s about understanding and seeing God’s love for everyone and everything. Then we must consider how we can honor that love for everyone and everything throughout our lives.

The program will occur June 16-20th from 5:30pm to 8:00pm and will include dinner. The entire program is free and open to everyone from the age of 3 to those completing 5th grade. For registration or any questions, please contact Chris McCreight at cmccreight@fccathens.org or 549-1915.
